Personal — Everyone gets 24 hours a day. Are you maximizing them well? If you feel you don't have enough time or aren't spending your time on the "right" things, we can develop a plan together to manage the time you have in a way that aligns with and supports your values and goals.

Organizing your time is a great way to maximize your potential! We can work together to create and reach goals related to your career, relationships, finances, health, fitness and other life areas.

Family — Keeping yourself and your family on task and accomplishing all the things they need to accomplish can be a full time job! It’s even tougher if it’s not your only job. We can create a time map for the family and free up time so you can spend it together.

Business — We’ll work together to create systems so you can get more accomplished, meet deadlines and improve your work.

Accountability — If you find that you need someone counting on you in order for you to get things done, then regular virtual meetings are a great solution for you. They will give you the structure and accountability that you need for success.

ADHD — I love working with folks to help them tackle what I like to call “The Big Overwhelm” caused by core ADHD struggles like planning, time management, organization, goal setting and problem solving. Together we can break down tasks and goals to make them more manageable + find solutions that will create success (and less stress!) for you.
