Where are you located? How far will you travel?

I’m based in Chattanooga, TN, but I will travel as far as needed. Travel is included for clients within 20 miles of area code 37408, and a small fee will be required for those outside of that. For travel by car 1-hour or more away, my hourly rate goes into effect.

For travel by plane, I only require reimbursement of airfare and hotel stay. You do not need to pay for my travel time.

If you’re outside of my service area and would still like to work together, virtual services may be right for you!


How much should I budget for services?

There really is no average budget. Each of my clients has different needs, so it’s definitely a case by case basis. I have clients who hire me to find them one outfit for an event or to organize just their kitchen. I have other clients who hire me multiple times a month or every few months in order to continually refresh their style or home spaces. It all depends on you and your unique needs!

I recommend package purchases, as those are discounted and those hours can be used as needed throughout that calendar year.


How long is the wardrobe edit? Will I be trying things on?

The Wardrobe Edit includes 3 hours, which is typically the amount of time it takes to go through an average closet. However, it all depends on the client’s needs and the size of the closet. I’ve had Wardrobe Edits that have lasted 3 hours and others that have lasted as long as multiple, lengthy appointments (10+ hours). If you have a massive walk-in, you will likely need additional time.

Yes, you will be trying on most things on so we can better choose what stays and what goes.

What precautions are you taking WITH COVID-19?

I’m fully vaccinated and boosted, but I’m more than happy to wear a mask if that makes you feel more comfortable. Your health and safety are very important to me, so I test regularly to make sure all is well. Virtual organizing/styling appointments are also available if you’re not ready for face-to-face interactions. Just talk with me, and we can work at your comfort level!


Short answer — yes. I need your help to purge things before I’m able to organize your space. I’m not sure what’s important to you and what isn’t, so it’s pretty necessary for us to work together. Otherwise, you’ll have to go back through the items I guessed were purge worthy, and if you feel that they aren’t — I’ll have to work them back into your already organized space. Better to do it right together the first time! Also, I want you to be keenly aware of the organizational systems we set up for you so you’re able to maintain those in the future. If you need to step away for a bit for a Zoom meeting or to do something with kiddos, I’ll work ahead of you and have things ready for you to make decisions on when you return.

Do I Need TO Be THere For you to organize my HOME/OFFICE/
closet?


Absolutely. I do typically require a Wardrobe Edit (or at the very least a sit-down consultation) beforehand because that time allows me to get to know your body, style, likes/dislikes, sizes, what you need, etc. Once I get to know a client, it’s easy for them to just tell me what they need, and I can shop for them. If I am doing the purchasing and returning in person, I will need to make those purchases on my credit card. In those cases I then invoice you for the items we end up keeping. Keep in mind, the time it takes for me to return items to their respective stores will be added to your invoice as well.

I hate shopping. Can you shop for me so I don’t have to go in stores?
